​​I am happy to introduce Millie Oswald as a member of the Love Your Pawz team. I met, and respect, Millie from our many years together as volunteers at the Scituate Animal Shelter of Massachusetts. She shares the same philosophy of caring for pets as I do, and joins me as an associate to offer added flexibility in scheduling and to provide backup if and when needed!

Since 1986, I have been lucky enough to have at least one dog and one cat sharing my home. And, for many years, it was two children, two dogs, and two cats, which made for an active, happy household. It was a joy to raise my children with the unconditional love, tenderness, and fun that only pets give.

For six years, I volunteered at the Scituate Animal Shelter as a dog-walker, and front-desk adoption counselor. It was so heartwarming and rewarding to have the experience of bonding with the dogs I cared for, and then seeing them complete the cycle as they trotted out the door with their new forever family.

Today as an empty nester, I enjoy lots of time with my pets, and other people’s beloved pets. Recently, on a per diem basis, I have had numerous dog-walking and cat-sitting jobs in the Cohasset, Hingham, and Scituate areas. When Michelle asked me to join Love Your Pawz, I was thrilled!

Michelle and I share the same passion for pets. We extend this passion and love to the pets we care for as if they were our very own.
